Privacy Agreement

This Privacy Agreement ("Agreement") is concluded between:

1. Seller: Limited Liability Company "Dicentra K" (44287812), which owns the website https://dicentra.ua, hereinafter referred to as the "Owner";
2. Buyer: any user making a purchase on the website, hereinafter referred to as the "User".

1. Definition of Confidential Information
   • "Confidential Information" means the User's personal data, including but not limited to:

• Order information (purchase details, order history);

2. Obligations of the Parties
   • The Owner undertakes to:

• Not disclose personal data to third parties without the User's consent, except as required by law;
• Ensure proper personal data protection from unauthorized access, loss, or disclosure.

• The User undertakes to:

• Provide accurate information necessary for order fulfillment;
• Notify the Owner of any changes to the provided data.

3. Exceptions to Confidentiality
   • Confidentiality restrictions do not apply if the information:

• Was already publicly available at the time it was received by the Owner;
• Is provided in accordance with legal requirements or by court order (with mandatory prior notification to the User, if permitted by law).

4. Term of the Agreement
   • This Agreement comes into force from the moment the User starts using the website and remains effective for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of data processing. Additionally, in case the User contacts the company's support center directly via phone or other communication means, the terms of this Agreement remain valid and apply to all personal data provided in this manner.
5. Liability for Breach
   • In case of a breach of this Agreement, the party at fault is obligated to compensate the other party for all damages incurred, including lost profits and reputational losses.
6. Miscellaneous
   • All disputes arising in connection with the execution of this Agreement shall be resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, disputes are settled in court in accordance with applicable law Ukraine.
